Powder is of good quality. Doesn’t feel grainy. Not bitter. I’d say buy if you intend to continue making matcha. Otherwise, you’d be paying quite a big sum just for the equipment. It’d be perfect if it came with the scoop.

Where is Craft Tea Fox Matcha from?

Craft Tea Fox Matcha is from Japan. It is grown, harvested and processed in both Uji and Kyoto.


We work with an eminent Matcha grower in Uji with over 150 years of experience.

How many cups of Matcha Latte can I make?

Our Matcha Latte recipe uses 2 tsp (~2 grams) of Matcha Powder.


Each Matcha pack contains 100g of Matcha Powder, so that is about 50 cups of Matcha Lattes.


Quantities may vary based on your preferred ratio of Matcha to milk.

When will the Matcha powder be delivered?

The Matcha powder will be sent out once you put through your first order.


For subsequent recurring orders, your order will be prepared for shipping on the next working day after successful renewal.

When will the Matcha expire?

Matcha will have a shelf life of between 6-12 months. 


For maximum freshness, Matcha should always be stored in the fridge in an opaque, air-tight container and out of direct sunlight. This will prevent light, oxygen, moisture, and heat from damaging the Matcha.

Is the Matcha Organic?

The Ceremonial Uji Matcha is JAS-certified organic.

Can I change the delivery date?

Yes! To change the delivery date, you can login to the customer portal and select a new date. It can be earlier or later than the upcoming charge date.


Once your order has been charged, your order will be shipped the next working day, and should arrive 1-3 working days after the charge date.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation is risk-free and fuss free. Simply login to your account, select Manage Subscriptions, and click on Cancel beside the subscription you wish to cancel.

When will I be billed for my subscription?

For the first delivery, your credit card will be charged at the time of subscription.

For the following deliveries, your credit card will be billed at 2-month intervals.

You can view your billing schedule by logging into your account, clicking on Manage Subscriptions, then selecting Delivery Schedule on the left.

Can I skip a delivery / pause my subscription?

Yes! To skip a delivery, simply click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. You can also unskip the delivery by clicking Unskip next to the order.
