Nice packaging and delivery was rather fast
Love the Hojicha latte and matcha latte. However the patissier Uji Matcha does have strong matcha aroma when used for baking.

Typically, we find that a lack of Matcha 'strength' often results from not using enough Matcha powder in a recipe (when compared to the amount of milk / water / flour used).
