How does it work?

Prefer Matcha, Hojicha or both? Mix and match your favourites. Change this any time after subscribing.

2. CHOOSE YOUR FREQUENCY

How often do you want them? Choose from 1, 2, 3 or 4-week intervals. Change this any time after subscribing.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


When will the lattes be delivered?

You can select your first delivery date and time in the Cart page (after you press Subscribe).


Thereafter, deliveries will be made on Mondays between 11am-5pmThe perfect way to start the week :) Intervals will depend on your selected frequency. 


You can view the delivery schedule by logging into your account, clicking on Manage Subscriptions, then selecting Delivery Schedule. 

Can I change the delivery date?

Yes, you can request for a change in the delivery day by sending an email to our Customer Support Team at hello@craftteafox.co.  


We're also working on a feature which will allow you to select the delivery date on your own, which will be launched in a few months!

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation is risk-free and fuss free. Simply login to your account, select Manage Subscriptions, and click on Cancel beside the subscription you wish to cancel.

When will I be billed for my subscription?

For the first delivery, your credit card will be charged at the time of subscription. 


For the following deliveries, your credit card will be billed at the end of the week (usually Friday), at 1, 2, 3 or 4-week intervals (depending on your selection). 


You can view your billing schedule by logging into your account, clicking on Manage Subscriptions, then selecting Delivery Schedule on the left.

Can I change my selection later on?

You can change your selection of lattes, or the number of lattes to be delivered in total. 


Just log in to your account, select Manage Subscriptions, and select "Change product variation" for the subscription you wish to change. 


You can change this at anytime, but your choice should be made at least 4 days before an upcoming delivery in order to take effect for that delivery.

Can I skip a delivery / pause my subscription?

Yes! To skip a delivery, simply click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. You can also unskip the delivery by clicking Unskip next to the order.

Can I return used bottles for recycling?

Yes, used bottles can be collected on your subsequent delivery!
