Preparing Your Mango Puree
Cut your mango into cubes for ease of blending.
If you would like your puree to be sweeter, add around 1-2 tsps of sugar.
Tools you will need
A bamboo whisk, sieve and chawan to froth up a smooth layer of Matcha without the mess
A blender to prepare your Mango Puree.
A glass cup to assemble your drink.

Enjoy the savoury yet sweet mango flavour as you sip on your favourite go-to Matcha Latte recipe.
1 Mango (blended into puree)
60ml warm water
(Optional) 2 tsps sugar
Blend 1 Mango into a puree and add into a glass cup
Scoop out 2 teaspoons of Matcha powder and sift into the chawan
Pour warm water(heated to 70-80°C) into the chawan
- Whisk in an M shape motion till a layer of froth forms
(Optional) Scoop out 2 teaspoons of sugar into the Matcha
Mix the Matcha and sugar till all the sugar granules are dissolved
Pour 120ml milk into glass cup containing mango puree
Top it off with your freshly whisked Matcha
A tip to achieve the stunning three tier gradient is to first start with adding your Mango Puree, followed by pouring your milk and Matcha directly on the ice cubes
